This panel discussion will address a timely issue: whether the US should establish special-purpose national security court for trying alleged terrorists. It will be presented at International Law Weekend. Jim Benjamin (Akin Gump), Aziz Huq (Brennan Center), Hina Shamsi (ACLU), Glenn Sulmasy (Coast Guard Academy), and Matt Waxman (Columbia) are expect to present their views. I will chair what promises to be an important program.
